We had a fantastic family gathering at this hotel! The Kids Summer concept was a hit, with loads of fun activities for the children, which really helped everyone bond. The staff were also welcoming and accommodating, which made our stay even better.

My wife says that the parking payment could be clearer. It was confusing when we found out it wasn't directly handled by the hotel, leading to unexpected fees.

The furniture looked a bit worn, and I had to hunt down parking for an extra fee in a quiet area, which felt unnecessary. No swimming pool is odd for a four-star hotel. Cleaning isn’t daily. They also don't provide basic things like free water bottles or an umbrella if it rains—be prepared to walk 700m to public transport in wet conditions, which could be a drag.

The slow internet dropped my VPN connection often, making it hard to get work done. Overall, I'd consider staying here again if in the area, especially because of the free parking and adequate breakfast, but I would hope for improvements in room amenities and restaurant service.
